Before Class

Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins. Once the class has begun, you are at risk of your mat being released. We provide a mat and towel for each client but please bring your grip socks. Grip socks are required for all the classes for safety and sanitary reasons, if you don't have them we sell them in the studio.

It is important to drink plenty of water before and during the class. We also recommend electrolytes after the class to rehydrate. We sell both electrolytes and bottle water in the studio if you should need.

If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please let us know 12 hours in advance. Send an email to in order to get your class credit back on your account. ClassPass cancellations need to be done directly with ClassPass, we have no control over your ClassPass account.
